She offers a wide variety of postures in each practice with a primary focus geared toward athletes; injury prevention techniques, strengthen flows and postures that open the physical body. Breath work and meditation techniques are invited to calm the body and mind. Her classes embody the true meaning of yoga; enveloping a mind – body -soul connection.
With nearly two decades of yoga practice she leads private classes, workshops and retreats in Colorado and abroad.
Private classes are priced based on the number of yogis attending. Instruction, mats, necessary props and essential oils are included.
